La part du rêve
France, 52 min. 2022
Director: Jean Froment

A few years ago, Letizia, a young goatherd, decided to settle on the land of her ancestors. In doing so, she frees herself from most of the economic and cultural constraints imposed by everyone, wherever they come from. Alone, tenacious, resistant and independent, she humbly invents an unusual and unruly path to take root in her land of Corsica. Unfortunately for her, her sheepfold is located in the territory of Balagne, on the edge of housing estates and beaches. Thus, her dream becomes an act of resistance. Behind this endearing portrait there is the desire to live and change, perhaps not the world, but at least the daily life, to build an “horizon of meaning”.
