Inspired by real women, it proposes a journey from Africa, the Caribbean and Asia towards an uncertain future for humanity. Climate change impacts the lives of Lobuin, Valeria and Soma, three women from very different parts of the world but with one thing in common: they all lose everything due to the effects of global warming and are forced to migrate.

In the 1990s, several urban development projects took place in Valencia that changed the physiognomy of the city. The city expanded, affecting large areas of periurban orchards. Hundreds of hectares of productive huerta succumbed to asphalt. Many families who lived in historic farmhouses were forced to abandon their homes and a way of life rooted in the land already cultivated by their ancestors. Two of the protagonists, who lived through these events at a very young age, tell us stories of uprooting, but also of struggle, overcoming and resilience.
